The Water Slide

As I walk up the 40 flights of stairs I glance around and say to dad, "I don't think I can do this" "you will be fine," I am so scared, the slide is as tall as the sky tower. We made it to the top but there was a huge line so I almost walked all the way up and then back down, but I decided to stay. The time was ticking and there was still a big line so I sat down and took some deep breaths. It was finally our turn, I sat down on the slide, dad was on the other one "race ya," I said to dad "ok" he said. 3,2,1 GO!!!!! I quickly shove myself down the slide not knowing how steep it was, I was about 30cm off the slide, when I got to the end I lost, but I didn't care because I got over my fear.
